At Easy Panels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your panels aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our main distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
